Bigger drop, especially for minimums, once down to 4t.

Only a small drop going from 6c12t to either 6c6t or 4c8t. I decided to fix the CPU to 4.0 GHz for the comparison, with a higher stock clock run left in for indication. The game only gives an integer value for minimum. I will round the average to one decimal place.

The benchmark outputs an average and minimum fps. I decided to run High (Desktop) setting at 1080p, as this gives a balance of high quality and framerate. Test system main parts are 8086k + 1080Ti. I was going to use real CPUs, but it would be a major pain to move the same GPU around different systems so I decided to go the bios route, reducing cores and HT. On thing I thought I'd try was CPU scaling. The FFXIV Shadowbringers benchmark was released just over a day ago and I've been testing with it since.
